`L8 Camera vs R8G8B8 Camera

Overview
For our project we need to utilize a stereo thermal camera which is more of an inverse black and white camera. However, gazebo defaults to a standard RGB stereo cameras. For testing we decided to see if the algorithm creates a disparity even in the different colors the camera was using.
Stereo Camera using L8 which offers a black and white image but still creates a decent disparity (see cones for best color differnce with image below)
Stereo Camera using R8G8B8 which offers a RBG image and creates a disparity (see cones for best color differnce with image above)
