The system relies on ROS, OpenCV, and Darknet_Ros.

ROS is the framework that the whole system is built on. We use ROS Kinetic for our system.

ROS must be installed as a first step. Please visit Install.

After ROS is installed, install OpenCV. Please visit Install.

After OpenCV is installed, next step is to install CUDA. Please visit Install.

After installing OpenCV, the Detection and Logging module is ready to be installed. Click here to see how to install the Visual Detection and Logging system.

Before the Detection system can be ran, the Darknet core system must be installed. Click here to see how to set up the Darknet core system.

For testing the system in a simulated environment, we used Gazebo. Click here to learn how to install and set up Gazebo.
